Volunteer Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• Volunteers must be at least 16 years old.

• Anyone under 18 requires parental/guardian consent.

2. Conduct & Responsibility

• Treat all participants, team members, and community members with respect.

• Follow instructions given by Afkar Foundation coordinators during activities.

• Avoid any behavior that could harm the reputation or safety of the foundation.

3. Time Commitment

• Volunteer schedules are flexible, but punctuality and commitment to agreed times are expected.

• Notify the team in advance if you cannot attend a scheduled activity.

4. Safety & Liability

• Volunteers must follow safety guidelines at all events.

• Afkar Foundation is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during volunteer work.

5. Use of Photos & Media

• By participating, you agree that photos/videos taken during events may be used for promotional and awareness purposes.

6. No Payment

• All volunteer work is unpaid and for charitable purposes only.

7. Changes to Terms

• Afkar Foundation may update these terms as needed. Volunteers will be informed of significant changes.
